Two Stoneware Jugs with Cobalt Tornado Decoration, Ohio origin, circa 1875, both of similar cylindrical form with different styles of spout, each decorated with a freehand"2", surrounded by various brushwork, including tornado-shaped designs. Grayish-colored jug in excellent, essentially as-made condition. Brownish-colored jug with chipping to spout, surface wear to edge of handle, and an area of light surface wear to left side of jug.
