Three-Gallon Stoneware Churn, AL origin, circa 1880, cylindrical form with squared rim, tooled banding, and two applied handles on one side, the surface covered in a mottled salt-over-Albany-slip glaze. Interior covered in a gray-green glaze. Shoulder incised "3". Very nice condition. Wear around top of rim. Wear to underside.
