Glazed Redware Jar, Stamped "W. SMITH / WOMELSDORF", PA origin, circa 1880, ovoid jar with footed base, tooled shoulder, and semi-rounded rim, the interior and exterior surface covered in a lead-and-manganese glaze. Underside impressed with Willoughby Smith maker's mark. Very nice condition, the rim with wear and two small chips, the interior base with minor wear. H 5 1/2".
