Three-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "J. McKENZIE / BEAVER, PA", mid 19th century, semi-ovoid jar with tooled shoulder, flattened rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with a brushed fuchsia design applied over a slip-coated surface. Large circular cobalt highlights to handle terminals. A tight X-shaped harline on underside, continuing approximately 4" onto reverse, where it forms a Y.
