Half-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Baltimore, MD origin, circa 1850, ovoid pitcher with footed base and semi-squared rim, decorated with a hanging fan-shaped floral motif flanked by two groups of swags. Additional swag decoration to collar and flanking the spout. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Excellent condition with a small base chip and minor base nick. H 8 3/4".
