Two Alkaline-Glazed Stoneware Pitchers, Southern U.S. origin, late 19th and 20th centuries, both of one-gallon capacity, and semi-ovoid pitcher with green alkaline glaze, stamped "BROWN BROS", Arden, NC origin, circa 1925, paired with an ovoid pitcher with dark alkaline glaze, rutile accents, and incised sine-wave decoration, late 19th or early 20th century. Both in excellent, essentially as-made condition.
