Glazed Redware Figure of a Lion, Signed "LB / 1982 / Pa.", Lester Breininger,, Robesonia, PA, 1982, modeled after the work of 19th century Waynesboro, PA potter, John Bell, with applied "coleslaw" mane and tail tip, the surface covered in a yellow glaze with brown highlights. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. L 9" ; H 7 7/8".
