Rare Quart-Sized Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Star Decoration, probably Wingender Pottery, Haddonfield, NJ, late 19th century, tapered, tankard-form pitcher with tooled and cobalt-highlighted banding to shoulder and base, the midsection with a brushed cobalt design of a star. Brushed cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Unusual size, form, and decoration. A rim chip on reverse. Two tiny nicks to spout. H 5 1/2".
