Eight Redware Plates, attributed to the Singer Pottery, Haycock Township, Bucks County, PA, fourth quarter 19th century, all with coggled edges and lead-glazed interiors, each with a faint incised "X" on the interior. Provenance: A fresh-to-the-market lot, discovered by a Singer family descendant in the 1950s in one of several boxes stored away in the eaves of the Singer Pottery warehouse. One with some light knife marks to interior. All in otherwise excellent condition, a few with minor chips. Diameter (of each) 7 3/4".
