Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Canning Jar, Stenciled "A.P. Donaghho, / Fredericktown, / Pa.", circa 1870, tapered canning jar with tooled shoulder and rounded rim with wax sealer interior, the front featuring the diagonal stenciling, "A.P. Donaghho, / Fredericktown, / Pa.". Provenance: Collection of Lorren Lambert, Staunton, VA. As-made condition with a few small in-the-firing contact marks to surface and a small, glazed-over stone ping to bottom edge. H 6 1/2".
