Two Pieces of New York State Stoneware, circa 1875, a four-gallon unsigned crock with chicken pecking corn decoration, paired with a three-gallon crock with cobalt decoration of a bird perched on a branch. Chicken pecking corn crock with some exfoliation, a few spots of staining, a hairline to right side, a short line from rim, a few rim chips, the underside with some faint lines and light exfoliation. Bird crock with light exfoliation, a small base chip on reverse, a chip near base on front, and a small chip to interior of rim.
