Two Western PA Stoneware Jars, circa 1875-1880, a one-gallon jar with freehand stripe and stenciled shield decorations, stenciled "T.F. REPPERT. / SUCCESSOR To / J. HAMILTON & CO / GREENSBORO. PENN."; paired with a half-gallon canning jar, stenciled "J.E. ENEIX. / NEW GENEVA. PA". Reppert jar with 2 3/4" hairline on underside, continuing 3 3/4" up front. Eneix jar with two small chips to exterior of rim and additional to interior of rim and inner wax sealer rim.
