Two-Gallon Stoneware Crock with Cobalt Bird Decoration, Stamped "FULPER BROS., / FLEMINGTON, N.J.", late 19th century, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, semi-rounded rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with a slip-trailed design of perched on a leaf. Cobalt highlights to maker's mark and capacity mark. Excellent, essentially as-made condition with a glazed-over, in-the-firing handle chip.
