Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Figure of a Cat, probably Foreign origin, late 19th or early 20th century, featuring heavy cobalt highlights under a tin-glazed ground, with an original hole in back and in each foot. Possibly an oil lamp. Provenance: Property of a New York State collector. Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 7 3/4" ; L 8".
