Scarce Clarington, Ohio Stoneware Wax Sealer, Western PA origin, circa 1875, tapered jar with rounded rim and "wax sealer" interior, the front stenciled with cobalt advertising for a Clarington, Ohio merchant. Small chips to interior of rim. Contact mark at base on reverse. H 7 3/4".
