Framed O.L. & A.K. Ballard, Burlington, VT Stoneware Price List, Dated March 1866, with elaborate printed image of the pottery and salesroom, including figures and horsedrawn carriages, the salesroom depicted with a large urn at its peak. Header reads, "Bought of O.L. & A.K. BALLARD / Manufacturers of Every Description of / STONE AND ROCKINGHAM WARE.". List includes images of stoneware featuring bird and floral motifs, a stoneware keg-form cooler with eagle motif, and rockinghamware with relief designs. Included in a black frame with matting. Provenance: A fresh-to-the-market example, from a long-term private collection; Exhibited at the Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Museum, Williamsburg, VA. Typical fold marks, some wrinkles, and period pen notations. Framed Dimensions: 19" x 14".
