Three-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to Richard C. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1875, ovoid jar with heavily-tooled shoulder and applied lug handles, decorated on the front and reverse with two large brushed tulip motif. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Excellent condition with a small rim chip.
