Two Pieces of Cowden & Wilcox, Harrisburg, PA, circa 1865, a six-gallon jar with cobalt grapes decoration, paired with a one-gallon jar with slip-trailed floral motif. Both signed. Larger jar with restoration to front, including some of decoration, as well as some fry to decoration and a glazed-over handle chip. Smaller jar with restoration, not touching decoration, a Y-shaped line under handle, a base chip, and exfoliation to underside.
