Four Stoneware Bottles with Cobalt Letter Inscriptions, Northeastern U.S., 19th century, one inscribed "R.C.C"; one inscribed "C.P."; one inscribed "W.P.R"; and one inscribed "R" with "DW DE FREEST". "R.C.C" bottle with a chip to interior of spout and an iron ping to front. "C.P." bottle with restored section to spout. "W.P.R" bottle in excellent condition. "R." bottle with two small chips to bottom of spout molding and a 1/2" surface line in spout. H (of "R." bottle) 10 1/4".
