Half-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to Henry Remmey, Jr., Philadelphia, PA, circa 1840, ovoid jar with tooled shoulder, footed base, and semi-rounded rim, decorated with a series of hanging fan-shaped flowers around the shoulder. Excellent, essentially with two small base chips. H 8".
