Redware Plate with Impressed Slip Decoration, Huntington, Long Island, New York origin, circa 1807-1860, with coggled edge, the interior decorated in yellow slip with an impressed cross design featuring elaborate ram's horn terminals. A 2" x 1" area of glaze wear to rim area. Additional rim wear and a small rim chip. Two tight cracks from rim, measuring 3 3/4" 2 1/4". Wear to slip. Diameter 10 1/4".
