Glazed Redware Pitcher, attributed to Jacob Medinger, Limerick Township, Montgomery County, PA, early 20th century, ovoid pitcher with footed base, heavily-ribbed handle, and coggled shoulder, decorated with streaks of manganese and covered in a heavy lead glaze. Provenance: A fresh-to-the-market example, from a Pennsylvania collection amassed during the mid 20th century. Very nice condition with a shallow flake to base, some light surface wear, and a tiny nick to spout. H 10".
