Two Stoneware Crocks with Cobalt Bird Decorations, New England origin, circa 1875, a one-gallon crock, stamped "BULLARD & SCOTT / CAMBRIDGEPORT, MASS.", paired with a three-gallon crock, stamped "J.S. TAFT & CO. / KEENE, NH". Bullard & Scott crock with restoration to rim, restored vertical crack in front, and some fry to cobalt. Taft crock with large wedge-shaped crack at base (possibly a reglued section), including a chip to underside, a spider crack to base, staining to surface, two chips on interior of rim, and a small chip and short crack to left handle.
