Glazed Redware Bowl, Stamped "JOHN W. BELL / Waynesboro, Pa.", circa 1880, tapered bowl with angled rim, the interior decorated with heavily-sponged manganese and covered in a clear lead glaze. Impressed with John W. Bell maker's mark on shoulder. Incised "12" on underside. Restored 2 1/2" section to rim. Wear to interior, primarily to interior base. A minor, shallow nick to rim. H 4 1/4" ; Diameter 10 1/2".
