Small-Sized Glazed Redware Food Mold, Stamped "JOHN BELL / WAYNESBORO'", PA origin, circa 1850-1880, with turk's head form, the surface decorated with manganese sponging and covered in a clear lead glaze. Appealing diagonally-impressed John Bell maker's mark to side. A more-unusual size of mold for this maker. Very nice condition with some typical minor rim wear and nicks to central tube. H 3 3/8" ; Diameter 5 3/4".
