Rare Pint-Sized Glazed Redware Jar, Stamped "JOHN BELL / WAYNESBORO'", PA origin, circa 1850-1880, cylindrical jar with footed base, rounded shoulder, and flared rim, the surface covered in a clear lead glaze over an orange-colored ground. Impressed with John Bell maker's mark at shoulder. Desirable small size. Excellent condition with light wear to rim and some very minor surface wear. H 4 1/2".
