Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Chicken Decoration, Signed "M.L. Owen / OWEN / 1880-1980", Seagrove, NC origin, 1980, ovoid-bodied pitcher with incised sine wave decoration and slip-trailed chicken pecking corn motif, the base of the handle incised with three lines and the inscription "CROW FOOT". Underside with M.L. Owen incised signature. Excellent, as-made condition. H 9 1/4".
