Two-Gallon New York City Stoneware Advertising Jug, New York State origin, circa 1875, cylindrical jug with tall spout and applied handle, decorated with the large slip-trailed advertising for Tribeca, New York merchant "A Fisher / 183 Duane St. / New York". A small exfoliated area to base on front. Some minor base chips. A small in-the-firing contact mark on reverse.
