Three Northeastern U.S. Stoneware Crocks, circa 1870, a four-gallon crock with cobalt bird on stump decoration, stamped "OTTMAN BROS. / & CO. / FORT EDWARD, N.Y."; a five-gallon crock with cobalt tulip decoration, stamped "M. WOODRUFF / CORTLAND," New York State origin; and a three-gallon crock with cobalt foliate, stamped "E. & L.P. NORTON / BENNINGTON, VT.". Ottman crock with significant damage, missing one handle, with exfoliation to surface, and two thin cracks. Woodruff crock with significant damage, missing one handle, with heavy exfoliation and cracks. Norton crock in very nice condition with some staining and a handle chip.
