One-Gallon Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Foliate Decoration, attributed to Richard C. Remmey, Philadelphia, PA, circa 1870, ovoid pitcher with footed base, heavily-tooled midsection, and rounded rim, decorated around the midsection with five brushed leaves and around the collar with four leaves. Excellent condition with a minor base chip and a minor chip to underside.
