Anna Pottery Stoneware Jug, Incised "Little Brown Jug", Wallace and Cornwall Kirkpatrick, Anna, IL, circa 1885, diminutive, ovoid jug with tooled spout, footed base, and applied strap handle, the surface covered in a dark-brown Albany slip glaze and incised in fine penmanship "Little Brown Jug". Excellent, essentially as-made condition. H 4 1/4".
