Three-Gallon Stoneware Cake Crock with Cobalt Floral Decoration, New Jersey origin, circa 1860, cylindrical crock with tooled shoulder, squared rim, and applied lug handles, decorated with a slip-trailed design of a tulip blossom with spotted accents. Essentially as-made condition with some fry to cobalt and a 1 3/4" glazed-over base chip on right side of front at base.
