Glazed Redware Bowl, Stamped "JOHN BELL / WAYNESBORO," Pennsylvania origin, circa 1850-1880, with rounded sides and flattened rim, the interior decorated with manganese sponging and covered in a clear lead glaze. Impressed with John Bell maker's mark on shoulder. This lot includes an illustrated pamphlet, entitled "JOHN BELL POTTERY in the Renfrew Museum Collection". Wear and scratches to interior. H 3" ; Diameter 9 3/4".
