One-Gallon Newark, NJ Stoneware Advertising Jug, attributed to Union Pottery, Newark, NJ, circa 1880, cylindrical jug with tall spout, featuring the slip-trailed cobalt advertising "Simon. Lowery / Newark / N.J". Large spout chip. 1" chipped section to right side of handle. Crack through handle. Staining to surface.
