Half-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Swag Decoration, Strasburg, VA origin, circa 1880, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and thin, semi-rounded rim, decorated around the shoulder with a series of brushed cobalt swags. Excellent condition with a 2 3/4" faint hairline from rim.
