Glazed Redware Porringer, New England origin, circa 1800-1840, thin-walled porringer with footed base, tooled shoulder and ribbed handle, decorated with brushed manganese slashes and covered in a lead glaze. Rim chips. Some small flakes to body, some or all of which possibly occurred in-the-firing. H 3 1/4" ; Diameter 5 1/8".
