Glazed Redware Trivet, attributed to John Bell, Waynesboro, PA, mid 19th century, circular form resting on eight feet, each feet embellished with a serrated edge and coggled border. Top surface of trivet with tooled circular banding and sponged manganese. Underside with unusual decoration of six impressed stars. Wear to top surface. Wear to top and bottom edge. 2 1/2" crack from edge. H 1" ; Diameter 7 3/4".
