Two Pieces of New England Stoneware, 19th century, a two-gallon ovoid cream jar with slip-trailed flower basket design, stamped "J. & E. NORTON / BENNINGTON, VT.," paired with a rare three-gallon crock with cobalt pitcher decoration, stamped "SEYMOUR & BOSWORTH / HARTFORD," CT origin. Norton jar with significant taped crack on reverse and fry to cobalt. Hartford crock with some restoration to flaking on pitcher, restoration to handles, restoration to rim and shoulder area on reverse, and a 4" hairline from rim, with some painted touch-up.
