Miniature Stoneware Pitcher, Stamped "W.W.C. / 1904" and Incised "W.W.C.," William Washington Cline, Hartford City, Indiana, 1904, squat-shaped stoneware pitcher with footed base and high-arching handle, the surface covered in a dark brown Albany slip glaze. Underside impressed with "W.W.C. / 1904" maker's mark, and additionally incised with the potter's initials. Excellent condition with a miniscule nick to spout. H 2 5/8".
