One-Gallon Stoneware Jug with Cobalt Floral Decoration, Stamped "WHITES UTICA," New York State origin, circa 1875, cylindrical jug with tall spout, decoratd with a stylized slip-trailed floral design with heavily-striped interior. Includes wooden stopper. Excellent, essentially as-made condition with a minor base chip, which appears to be in-the-firing, and a salt drip to right of maker's mark.
