Four Pieces of Spongeware, American, late 19th century, two pitcher, a spittoon, and a chamberpot, all decorated with blue sponging over a whitish ground. Larger pitcher with restored spout, two other restored spots, heavy lines to underside, and a line on interior of rim. Smaller pitcher with base chips, hairlines from rim, wear to handle, a large spout chip, and two smaller spout nicks. Chamberpot with 2 1/2" hairline from rim and light wear to rim. Spittoon with rim chips, a crack from rim, and a hairline from rim. H (of taller pitcher) 9 3/8".
