Three Rockinghamware Pitchers, American, 19th century, a lidded example with mask spout and different animals scene on both sides, embossed "XXX / ALE," a second example with similar animals scenes, and a third with deer and hanging game motifs. Ale pitcher with small chip to side of spout and two small, in-the-firing separations where handle meets rims. A second pitcher missing lid, with minor nicks on interior. Third pitcher with a few spots of damage to surface, some of which has been colored, two flakes to rim, a small worn spot to dog's ear, and some wear to one handle. H (of lidded example) 10 3/4".
