Half-Gallon Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware Pitcher, possibly Midwestern, second quarter 19th century, ovoid pitcher with tooled rim, decorated at the base of the collar with a brushed scalloped line above a stripe. Cobalt highlights to handle terminals. Albany-slip-glazed interior. Base chips. Chip to interior of left side of spout. Small rim chip on reverse. Chip to midsection of handle. 2 1/4" hairline from rim on side of pitcher.
