Unusual Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Fuchsia Decoration, Western PA origin, circa 1865, small-sized, tapered jar with tooled shoulder and flattened rim, decorated with a boldly-brushed cobalt fuchsia blossom. Jar measures approximately one-half-gallon to three quarts. Excellent condition. H 6 1/4".
