One-and-a-Half-Gallon Stoneware Jar with Cobalt Floral Decoration, attributed to R.J. Grier, Chester County, PA, circa 1880, cylindrical jar with tooled shoulder and squared rim, decorated with three drooping cobalt flowers extending around the shoulder. Minor glazed-over nick on interior of rim. 7" inverted Y-shaped line on side of jar.
