Three-Quart Stoneware Pitcher with Cobalt Foliate Decoration, Philadelphia, PA origin, probably Remmey, circa 1865, ovoid pitcher with footed base and tooled collar, decorated around the body with a series of brushed cobalt leaves. Collar decorated with four groups of brushed cobalt swags. Excellent condition with three short hairlines from rim on left side of collar. H 8 3/4".
