Glazed Redware Bowl with Sponged Manganese Decoration, Pennsylvania or New England origin, second or third quarter 19th century, tapered bowl with coggled shoulder and rounded rim, the exterior decorated with sponged manganese designs resembling the number "8". Interior with sponged drape design accented with a spot of manganese on the interior of each drape. Excellent condition. H 3 1/4" ; Diameter 7 3/4".
