Unusual Glazed Redware Footed Bowl, Stamped "JOHN BELL," Waynesboro, PA origin, circa 1840-1880, ovoid bowl with rounded rim and footed base with recessed underside, the surface covered in a lead glaze over a pumpkin-colored ground. Impressed "JOHN BELL" on shoulder. Some exfoliation to interior base. A few short, faint hairlines from rim. Light wear to rim. H 3 7/8" ; Diameter 6 1/4".
