Small-Sized Redware Loaf Dish with Slip Decoration, possibly Norwalk, CT, first half 19th century, with coggled edge, decorated with a band of wavy yellow slip lines flanked by two rows of shorter yellow trails. Clear lead-glazed surface. Desirable small size. 3 1/2" and 3" cracks from rim. Minor wear to one corner. A few old, minor chips to bottom edge of rim. Glazed surface survives in remarkable condition. L 12".
