Two Pieces of Cobalt-Decorated Stoneware, Northeastern U.S. origin, second half 19th century, a one-and-a-half-gallon, ovoid stoneware pitcher with cobalt leaves flanking the number "1 1/2," paired with a one-and-a-half-gallon chicken water with cobalt highlights. Pitcher with 2" hairline from rim, a small glazed-over dent to rim, and a large spider crack on underside, including one crack extending 4" up front of pitcher. Chicken waterer with significant restoration, including restoration to edge of watering receptacle.
